Accountability Is Essential For Productivty

There is one vital ingredient that prevents mediocre work: Accountability. Accountability is the common thread which is woven throughout all professions and is especially important in today’s business world.

Websters defines accountability as: The quality or state of being accountable; especially : an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one’s actions. This definition promotes a negative view of accountability and is based on something created for someone else. It fuels the blaming mentality so prevalent in today’s management.

Certified Rolfing And The Ten Series - Session Part 4

The Fourth-hour is a session of Support/Palintonicity (4-5-6). By the fourth session the sleeve should be at ease so that a deeper layer can be affected.

Support is vital in the structure and should be resourceful after this session. With the lateral line established we can further the bi-Iateral and pre-vertebral support initiated in the second hour by working the internal midline including pelvic floor. Work to resolve tilt and shift in the pelvic girdle by addressing the primary contributors in the midline.
